Tasting Notes Coming exclusively from prime locations around Bechtheim, this is a village wine which reflects more the respective terroir. Skin contact for up to 48 hours with spon taneous fermentation in 20% wooden barrels & 80% stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is left on its lees.
