DESCRIPTION: The Otway Pasta Company are a small family owned pasta manufacturer located in Colac, Western Victoria. They use the finest quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce an exceptionally flavorsome, nutritious, delicious pasta & sauces COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: For every 500g, bring to the boil 5 litres of water (1L per 100g). Once boiling rapidly add pasta, stir and cook for 10-13 minutes or until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce. 1 cup - Roughly 80g to 100g.
