There is no VAT charges on this product. Dried Cranberries are infused with a sugar solution to increase their flavour before being dried. The quantity of sugar that has gone into them depends upon their origin. They are given a light spray of sunflower oil once they are dried to stop them from sticking together in transit. Cranberries are highly useful in many forms of cuisine. They can be eaten raw and so added to cereals to give an extra sweetness. Alternately they can be mixed into products to be baked, fruit scones for example. Ingredients: Cranberries, Sugar, Vegetable Oil.
