Our dried flower frames were created as I wanted to be able to share some of our beautiful farm fresh flowers that were left over rather than see them go to waste. I started to dry flowers that I had picked and not used. I tried dried flower arrangements, but they were so fragile, very time consuming and required a lot of flowers making them expensive. One day I sold an arrangement to a customer and upon receiving it she placed it on a table outside and within minutes, it blew over in a gust of wind. We were both horrified as the flowers blew everywhere and the ceramic vase smashed to pieces. I grappled with the idea of selling a product that could so easily be broken or ruined after that. I then had the idea that I could create a picture using dried flowers that could be framed and therefore protected behind glass and kept safe and preserved in that environment. They are therefore unique to my business and handcrafted with love featuring ecologically friendly dried flowers and seedpods from our flower farm. They are naturally air dried, not bleached or dyed. As every picture is handcrafted, each one is individual and unique so will vary from one frame to another. Therefore, images on this website are an example of what each frame will look like. We use natural light oak frames to compliment the flowers. With a handwritten quote they are a beautiful unique gift of everlasting flowers and sentiment. They are still quite fragile so please handle with care. As the flowers are air dried our flower frames should also be kept away from moist and humid environments. Enjoy, Natalie Size : 20 x 25 cm
