Ponderosa Dried Lobster Mushrooms with their firm texture and flame orange color add a distinctive flavor to seafood, polenta, soups and stews. Note: 0.5 oz/ 14g of dried mushrooms equals about 2.5 oz/ 70g of fresh product. To Rehydrate: Soak in a bowl of warm water, wine or stock for 20 minutes or until tender. Strain through a cheesecloth or filter reserving the flavorful liquid for use in soups, stocks or sauces.
