Harvested from the Canadian rainforest, our dried pine mushrooms are carefully harvested and dried to preserve their wonderful color. We have managed many of our pine mushroom patc hes for decades, forming a deep connection to the environments from which we harvest. Also known as Matsutake, our western pine mushrooms have a renowned aroma. They are especially popular in Japan but are quickly growing in popularity worldwide.
