Dried pap refers to a dehydrated form of pap, a traditional fermented porridge made from maize (corn) in many African countries, particularly in Nigeria and South Africa. Pap is typically made by fermenting ground maize kernels, which are then cooked into a smooth, porridge-like consistency. In the dried form, pap is processed to remove its moisture, making it easier to store for longer periods without spoiling. When ready to use, dried pap can be rehydrated with water and cooked to restore it to its original texture. This makes it a convenient option for people who want to prepare pap quickly or preserve it for future use. carefully and hygienically produced. Dried yellow pap with ginger. For those who want an extra flavor (ginger) this is your best option.
