Drifters End- Nebula Gin The Drifters End- Nebula Gin is inspired by nebulae: the colour-intensive, star-forming regions in space, our Nebula Gin is developed to showcase the butte rfly pea flower – a botanical that when used in gin allows for transformation from a deep violet to perfect pink when a tonic is added. This transition is reminiscent of the colour transformations within a nebula. Our most floral gin to date - highlighting lavender and the butterfly pea flower, with hints of citrus and spice that balance the subtle berry sweetness.
