Drifting into Evening Acrylic and paper on Canvas 36 x 48 As we walked along the little island road toward our dinner spot, the lavender haze of early evening made me stop and take so many photos. As usual my husband moved along more quickly while I slowed to take in and capture the view. This scene was so peaceful, as the evening skies began to soften the colors of the day. I almost forgot to say! This canvas had a little incident as well. There was a very small tear as the painting bumped up against another framed work in my studio.
