Dririder's premium all season sports touring jacket combines style, comfort and protection in a three quarter length design.For maximum protection and flexibility on the bike, the Nordic V is primarily constructed of Ripstop 600D material, which utilises a crosshatch reinforcement construction giving it excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance, and is designed to be highly resistant to tears. This highly abrasion resistant material is enhanced with matte cowhide leather in the shoulder and elbows, adding extra protection to high impact areas. CE armour in the shoulders and elbow ensures impact protection with the high density foam back protector helping to mitigate spinal injuries. All armour can be upgraded to CE Level 2 for maximum protection.Made for all seasons, the Nordic V has a removable full length thermal liner and an integrated Texland Reissa waterproof and breathable membrane. Rated at 8,000/7,000mm it is adequately capable of preventing excess water from penetrating the jacket material, while also being breathable to allow hot air produced by your body to escape the inner layers of the jacket so you don't overheat. A dual rain gusset on the main zip helps divert any water away from the rider. When the liners are out, the soft mesh lining is comfortable on the skin.
