We tried it with unctuous sweet and sour pork as well as a traditional fudgy brownie for dessert and all agreed 1 bottle wasn't enough! Juice for this Rose came from Pinot Noir grapes that were cultivated in Mt Dunstan in Central Otago. We made sure that it was left with just enough time on the skin to give it the perfect shade of pink.
