Its advanced formulation forms a continuous, elastic and breathable barrier that prevents water ingress and aggressive agents while allowing the substrate to breathe. MAXSEAL FLEX -M integrates with concrete by sealing pores and microcracks, offering excellent durability and minimal maintenance. It provides reliable protection against CO₂ ingress, chloride and sulphate attack, freeze-thaw cycles, UV radiation and marine environments. With high crack-bridging capacity greater than 0.5 mm, resistance to root penetration and compatibility with ceramic or decorative finishes, MAXSEAL FLEX-M is a versatile and effective solution for civil works, hydraulic structures and building applications. Application instructions Mix a 22 kg bag of MAXSEAL FLEX-M with 4.4–5.3 litres of clean water until a homogeneous paste is obtained, allow to rest for 2–3 minutes, remix briefly and apply in two crossed coats with brush, roller or spray equipment. Consumption Estimated consumption is 1.0–1.5 kg/m² per coat, reaching a total of 2.0–3.0 kg/m² in two coats depending on substrate and application method.
