Experience level: suitable for beginners Duration: 2-3 hours In this beginner blacksmithing class you will work with artist Jen Lipski to hand-forge your own personal iron cross to take home. Using traditional blacksmithing techniques, you will heat up your metal and hammer it out into your unique keepsake. You will learn how to form the traditional cross shape, as well as how to create a unique texture and finish for your piece! This workshop is perfect for those who would like to try blacksmithing but aren't sure if they are ready for bigger tasks.
