Within hours they had overwhelmed humanity's defences, well on their way to enslaving mankind with parasites implanted directly into the brain. Their ships are faster than almost anything else in the void, relying on searing oculus beams and deadly close-action weapons to eradicate opponents before subjugating any survivors — silent and utterly alien, a human fleet can be deep inside a Scourge trap before it even realises it's under attack.
