Get ready to raise a pint and sing at the top of your lungs—Dropkick Murphys’ debut album Do or Die is where it all began! Originally released in 1998, this raw, high-energy record is a Celtic punk classic, blending blistering punk rock with Irish folk influences in true Murphys fashion. From the anthemic opener “Cadence to Arms” (a punked-up take on "Scotland the Brave") to rowdy rippers like “Get Up”, “Never Alone”, and the working-class battle cry “Boys on the Docks”, this album is all about heart, grit, and unrelenting energy. Produced by Rancid’s Lars Frederiksen, Do or Die captures the band's early street-punk sound before they became stadium-filling legends. Pressed on vinyl, this edition is a must-have for fans of The Pogues, The Clash, and The Real McKenzies. Whether you’re a longtime Murphys devotee or just diving into their back catalog, Do or Die is an essential piece of Celtic punk history. Loud, fast, and ready for a riot—this is Dropkick at their rawest!
