If you find you have the same issue consider copying the text into a free, cloud-based text editing program like Google Docs and cleaning up the formatting to your liking - I find it's worth the time to separate the sections. If you have a more pronounced learning disability you may even want to put it into a spreadsheet program like Google Sheets to break it down into line-by-line instructions - you can even make it into a chart and tick off your work as you go.
