This session combines rhythmic drumming with sacred smoke cleansing to create a powerful but grounding experience. The drum is used to support release, presence and connection, while the smoke cleanse helps shift stagnant energy and create a feeling of renewal. Held inside AURUM, this session offers time to pause, reset and reconnect, especially if you have been feeling heavy, overwhelmed, energetically drained or in need of a fresh start. What to Expect Your session will begin with a short check-in and intention setting, allowing us to understand what you feel ready to clear, release or call back into balance. You will then be guided into a grounding experience using drum rhythm, smoke cleanse and stillness. The rhythm of the drum can help quieten the mind, reconnect you to the body and create a deeper sense of presence. The smoke cleanse will be used respectfully and intentionally to support energetic clearing around the body and space. The session will close gently, with grounding time to help you feel settled before leaving. It can also be helpful before a new chapter, after a difficult period, during times of change, or when you feel ready to clear old energy and reconnect with yourself.
