Dry brushing can improve circulation, exfoliate, promote lymphatic support, boost energy, ad reduce the appearance of cellulite. Directions: make sure skin is completely dry. Start ing from the feet, brush upward in log sweeping motions to encourage lymphatic drainage and circulation. Continue upwards toward your stomach, then in a circular motion around your naval.
