Dry: 6% U.F.O stands for Unidentified Forgotten Orchard, this cider is made using apples collected from small and privately owned orchards across the Somerset levels, we’ve called it U.F.O. as this cider will vary from batch to batch due to the different blends of fruit collected. Rainbow medium: 6% We have renamed UFO medium as Rainbow, this is now our blended medium cider. Wizard: Medium 6% Tricky Wizard is a blend of 3 classic cider apples, Dabinnet, Yarlington Mills and Michelin sourced from Somerset orchards. A well balanced and full bodied classic farmhouse cider with mid tannin and medium sweetness. A fresh, floral and zesty cider which is a perfect accompaniment to a hot summer's day. Mulled Cider: Sweet 4% Pre-mulled using our secret spice recipe and just the right level of sweetness, just heat without boiling to serve. Crimson King: Dry 6.5% Crimson King is a fine bittersharp cider, light in colour with a fragrant nose and lingering finish. Sharp with low tannins. Vilbery - Single variety dry 6% A dry lover's favourite, a true bitter sweet with strong tannins and floral notes, light and very drinkable.
