Humdinger Dry Gin — our multi-award-winning New Zealand classic Distilled in small batches in Geraldine with Canterbury barley, Humdinger Dry Gin is smooth, rich and beautifully ba lanced — the gin we built the distillery on, and the one our regulars keep coming back for. On the palate: subtle citrus opens, classic juniper follows, then a long, warming finish of liquorice root and nutmeg spice. The barley gives it a full-bodied character that holds its own — neat or mixed. Perfect serve: pour over plenty of ice with a premium tonic and a twist of orange.
