4.3% ABV 375ml Pineapple weed, commonly known as wild chamomile, grows plentifully around our brewery site and the fields surrounding. It brings a warm herbal note to the final bee r, which we feel accents the citrus notes from the addition of our own homegrown Brewers Gold hops.The base golden sour spent just under 3 years in barrel, with the pineapple weed joining for the final year, and the hops going in a few months before packaging. Oats were included alongside our floor malted barley in the malt bill, giving the beer a more rounded finish.
