Important: Gasket Condition for Pressure Testing To perform a proper pressure test, all gaskets must be in good condition—no major wear, cracks, or tears.If your gaskets aren’t in usable condition, you will need to replace them before testing. Our Process Garment Wash & Odor Treatment – We clean your top using a specialized cleaner for waterproof/breathable fabrics and treat it with an enzyme solution to neutralize odors and prevent mildew. Pressure Testing & Leak Detection – Once dry, we pressurize the top and mark any leaks. We also perform a full inspection for additional issues. Patching & Repairs – We patch any leaks found during testing. If excessive patching or additional repairs are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Final Touches – Once repairs are complete, we lubricate all waterproof zippers and prepare the top for return.
