Their varying thicknesses' attribute as much to warmth as protection. The key with foot care is removing either moisture, heat or friction. Blisters are avoided when any one of these three factors is removed. Drymax stay so dry that on pulling them out of the washing machine, they already feel almost completely dry to the touch. We've worn these socks on all terrain and in all conditions and quite simply nothing else comes close to the level of blister protection they offer.
