The Classic Gain channel can do everything from a beautiful warm, clean sound to vintage crunch to roaring, snarling JCM800-style distortion, while the Ultra Gain channel delivers both beastly hot-rodded JCM-on-steroids sounds and modern screaming high-gain. Using the included footswitch, you can toggle between the clean and crunchy sides of the Classic Gain channel and two different overdrive settings on the Ultra Gain channel on the fly. Both channels have separate master volumes too, so you can dial in the perfect tone for every situation and boost one channel to push screaming leads to the forefront. The DSL20 also has a tone shift control that changes the midrange response, an effects loop, and a half-power switch to maximize flexibility. As you can see, you can use the DSL20 to dial in a wide variety of inspiring sounds with ease.
