The DSPIAE AT-PL uses capillary action to flow color into recessed panel lines on contact. Position the tip at the start of a line, apply light pressure, and the fluid travels the groove by itself. No overloading, no wide brush strokes spreading across flat surfaces — just clean, consistent lines. Important: no ink included This pen does not come with any panel line fluid. You dip the stainless steel nib into your own wash or panel liner solution — enamel, acrylic, or oil-based all work.
