DTF 10 x 12" single design What is DTF? DTF -Direct to film printing.- A design printed to a film sheet that is free from wedding.- Offers high resolution full colour printing that can be applied to a variety of substrates including, cotton, polyester, textile blends, canvas and some non textile substrates.-DTF if cared for can outlive the garment its applied too.-Offers fantastic colour detail with elasticity and wear capability.-DTF is easy and faster to apply. How do I use DTF?- Pre press The garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture content. - Place design on garment in desired location and cover with Teflon sheet.- Press at 160C for 15 seconds. - Once Fully cooled remove the top carrier sheet carefully. (Please note the DTF must be COLD before removed or you risk damage to the design).- Cover the design with Teflon sheet. - Repress design for a further 10 seconds at 160C.- Wait 24hrs before washing or stretching. Aftercare - Always store DTF in a cool and dry place.- If storing for an extended time consider using silica gel packets to prevent moisture.- Wash inside out on a cool 30C wash.- Do not tumble dry. - Always iron inside out.
