Cotton: Pre Press for 3 seconds Press at 315Β°F to 325Β°F degrees for 10-15 seconds medium pressure and hot peel (wait 5 seconds). Second press for 5 seconds using a piece of similar fabric to embed the design even further into fibers. polyester: Pre Press for 3 seconds Press 270Β°F to 300Β°F for 7-15 Seconds medium pressure and hot peel (wait 5 seconds).
