How to apply with a heat press Warm up your garment for 5 seconds to zap away moisture and stop shrinking. Place the design print side down cover with baking or parchment paper press at 160-190°C. Press firmly for 10-15 seconds. Cool for a minute, then peel off the top film. Cover again and press for 5 more seconds Give it 24-48 hours before washing Pro tips: Don’t prewash your garment and skip the Teflon sheet—stick to baking or parchment paper for best results!
