Dubai Pumpkin is a sweet, nutty-fleshed vegetable prized for its smooth texture and vibrant orange colour. Ideal for roasting, soups, curries and purées, it delivers comforting fla vour and natural richness in everyday cooking. For preparation, rinse, peel with a vegetable peeler, trim the ends, halve lengthways and scoop out the seeds. Cut into cubes or slices.
