Who said slip chain collars can't be fashionable while still functional? These slip chain collars feature two heart rings instead of the standard O-Rings for a touch of cute. This does not have a clasp. Directions: Thread the chain through one of the two larger rings, just like actual animal slip chains and pull over head.
