The Dufferin 9 Ball is a 58in two-piece cue on an A7 grade solid maple shaft, offered in two finishes: cocobolo staining with a blue and white stone decal, or birdseye staining, bo th with a black linen wrap. Dufferin is one of the oldest names in pool cues, designing in Canada. It carries a 13mm Everest tip in a 15mm ferrule — the wide diameter American pool uses, matched to larger and heavier balls where more leather on the ball makes centre contact more forgiving. A quick release joint assembles the cue by hand rather than by winding a long thread. The linen wrap on the butt gives the back hand a textured grip that holds when the hand warms, where lacquer turns slick. Show more
