ABOUT THE DESIGNDufus is our affectionate parody of Deus ex Machina, a brand created by our clever mate Dare Jennings, who kindly gave Dufus his blessing. The word "dufus" apparent ly originated as a gentle insult in American colleges during the 1960s, plausibly influenced by the word "doof", which means "daft" or "goofy" in both Scottish and German. ABOUT THE MODELDare Jennings isn’t just a mate; he’s been a supporter of our co-founder David and many other Aussie artists for decades.
