What’s it for? Stool softener to prevent and treat chronic constipation. How to Use Adults: up to maximum of 500mg should be taken daily in divided doses. Treatment should be commenced with large doses such as 100mg three times daily, which should be adapted to the treatment response. Children: not recommended.
