Dundee Marmalade began in the 18th century when a local grocer purchased a lot of Seville oranges from a ship that had taken refuge from a storm in Dundee harbor. Although the oran ges were too bitter to eat, the grocer's wife decided to try using them in a new preserve. She boiled them with sugar and Dundee marmalade was born. This is the original marmalade and is still produced in its homeland. Show more
