Dungeness crab is both versatile and easy to prepare, and can be served simple or elegant. It is at home equally on newspaper or fine china. Whole crabs are pre-cooked and can be s erved hot or chilled. A whole crab yields approximately 1/2 lb of picked meat. Crabs are shipped with top shell removed and guts cleaned out.
