A sparkling red made from Regent, from rural Somerset with low dosage, low sulphur and low intervention. It’s really quite delicious. The colour is light ruby red, the nose is a mi xture of ripe red cherry and raspberry. It has a brisk, dry palate, almost like a deep, dark rosé, with some lovely crunchy red berries and stone fruits. Soft chewy red berry sweets, bright vibrant cherries, chalky notes, fresh, crisp acidity. Show more
