A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot go into this not-so-classic Bordeaux red wine. The grapes are organic and biodynamically cultivated on a mixture of gravel and lime stone soils, the former of which lends richness and texture whilst the latter lends freshness. Flavours of peonies, fresh cherries and raspberries abound with a smooth texture on the palate with fine tannins. An age worthy natural wine to be sure, you could cellar it for at least 5 more years.
