If you have not previously been on a canoe weeken d YOU MUST RING MICK OR DEB before booking. This years canoe trip is again on the beautiful Goulburn River. Over the 2 days, we will paddle the section from Snobs Creek Hatchery, below Lake Eildon, to Alexandra. We will again be staying at Breakaway Twin Rivers Caravan Park, Acheron. Here is the link to the caravan park, so you can make your own bookings for Friday and Saturday nights. https://www.thebreakaway.com.au/ If you decide to drive down on Saturday morning, you will need to arrive for an early start between 7:30 am and 8am. We will hire the double canoes that we will be paddling, PFD,s and paddles and transport them. There will be a $80per person cost for the canoes and gear. The cost of transporting them will be split amongst the group, and determined by final numbers. There will need to be car shuffles each morning and afternoon to get everyone and the gear to and from start/finish locations, and most cars will need to be used. Show more
