The Durable Lite Icefree mirror is a hybrid mirror. It takes the ABS plastic frame from the Lite mirror and the ice-free face from the IceFree mirror. The combination of both these elements makes a cost-effective, frost and condensation resistant mirror.The stainless face on this mirror makes the mirror exceptionally durable. The face is backed by a thermally active gel that controls the temperature of the face, preventing temperature swings from causing condensation and ice formation. This mirror works effectively in temperatures down to -20 degrees centigrade.The ABS housing is made from UV stabilised material and features reflective red stripes for added contrast. The housing offers a significant price reduction when compared to all stainless steel ‘durable’ models.
