Breathe easy with this replacement filter kit designed specifically for Durastar DRAW06F Series ductless mini split indoor units. Whether your system is maintaining comfort in a bedroom, office, or garage, clean filters are essential to keeping your air fresh and your unit running at its best. This kit is guaranteed to fit the Durastar indoor unit models: DRAW06F1A & DRAW06F1B Large Washable Screen Filter Dimensions: 10-5/16" x 10-13/16" Maintenance & Care ComfortStar recommends cleaning your screen filter every two weeks using a vacuum with a soft-bristle brush attachment. In dusty or high-use environments—such as garages, restaurants, or homes with pets or indoor smoking—the filters can also be gently washed with warm, soapy water. Allow to dry completely out of direct sunlight before reinstalling. ⚠️ Never operate your system without the filters installed. Consider keeping a second set on hand to swap during cleanings. Replacement Guidance Even with regular cleaning, reusable filters lose effectiveness over time. For best performance and air quality, we recommend replacing the screen filters every 12 to 24 months, depending on your environment and cleaning habits. Optional Activated Carbon Freshness Filter This kit also includes an optional freshness filter that fits inside the pre-molded holder in your unit’s main screen filter. This upgrade uses activated carbon media to help neutralize odors from tobacco, pets, and cooking, while supporting better overall air quality. Filter Dimensions: 8.4" x 2" Maintenance & Care: Do not wash. Gently vacuum with a soft-bristle brush every two weeks. Replace every 6 months for continued odor absorption and effectiveness.
