The extra-wide flat rolling area spans a full 130mm, while the precision grooved rollers provide 19 square wire grooves ranging from 10mm down to 1mm, accommodating a wide range of wire sizes. Side extensions include four half-round grooves in 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, and 1.5mm, adding flexibility for shaping half-round wires. The Double D2 is Durston’s first rolling mill to incorporate roller bearings for enhanced durability and smoother operation.
