Dutch crocuses are among the earliest flowers to bloom in spring, adding cheerful color when little else is flowering. Plant in full sun or partial shade and provide well-drained s oil for best performance. For the earliest blooms, plant crocus bulbs in a sunny, sheltered location, such as along a south-facing wall or foundation.
