How It Works Dutch Pro Keep It Clean uses carefully selected, plant friendly cleaning agents that are highly effective at removing the common causes of blockages. Removing algae, bacterial slime and inhibiting the growth of Fungi; in turn it will stop the build-up of these agents in your rootzone. How to use Dutch Pro Keep It Clean Dutch Pro Keep it Clean is available in 1L and 5L bottles. The Dutch Pro Feed Chart recommends during vegetative, growth & flowering stage to prevent algae growth. Dutch Pro recommend that you make up your nutrient solution as normal and add Dutch Pro Keep It Clean at the rate of 0.1ml/L. Specifically tailored for hydroponic or dripper systems this product is safe to use with rockwool, clay pebbles, soil or coir. From experience, Keep It Clean is best used all the time as a preventative, however it can be used as a one-off treatment. Regular use will ensure an enhanced system that works better without the risk of blockages. It is recommended that a syringe or beaker is used for accurate measurement of this product and a CF/EC/PPM meter such as the Bluelab Truncheon. Make adjustments as necessary. Adjust the pH of the solution to the required level using pH up or down as necessary. Dutch Pro suggest an optimum pH of 5.8 for hydro and a pH between 5.8 and 6.5 for soil. We recommend the use of pH Meter to help accurately set the pH to the required level. If you are growing in soil it is recommended that you allow the soil to get a little dry in-between watering’s, but not completely dry. When watering in soil it is recommended to achieve 10-20% run-off each time to help flush out toxins which can naturally build-up. Remember to add each nutrient, booster or additive to your reservoir or feed water in turn, giving the solution a good stir to mix it in before adding the next product. We recommend never mixing nutrients, boosters and additives together straight out of the bottle; this is good practice used consistently by top growers.
