To make the collar extra safe, it is stitched extra strong around the sides and equipped with sturdy, iron closures. Note: Before you order a collar, always check the size chart below. That way you can be sure of the right size for your dog! Dog with a Mission uses its own unique sizing system, so measuring a collar from another brand is not correct. SIZE GUIDE We advise measuring your dog's neck before purchasing a new collar to make sure you get the perfect fit. Using a soft measuring tape, measure their neck at the widest point leaving space for two fingers to fit between the tape and the neck so it's not too tight. If your dog is between sizes, we suggest going up a size. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR DWAM PRODUCTS? Due to the robust quality of both fabric, leather and parts our collars remain beautiful. The leather surface can easily be treated with saddle grease, the fabric surface with green soap. Does your dog like to swim in the sea? We advise you to remove the leather collar because leather and salt are not a good combination. Has the leather been in contact with salt? Then rinse the collar with tap water and let the collar dry at room temperature (not in the sun). A post-treatment with saddle grease or leather balm is highly recommendable. You can clear our fabric collars with a wet cloth. If the collar is very dirty, you can put it in the washing machine, in a washing bag (wool wash program).
