The extra paste is extended into the wings of the block, creating a slightly stronger box and higher v-cut vamp. The 2.5mm full shank adds support while allowing articulation only a Freed can provide. The DV Wing is an artisan shoe in the Freed Classics Collection. Classics are individually hand-lasted by master makers with their own distinctive style and fit. Each pair is stamped by the maker's mark.
