Mini Mondo / Dwarf Mondo Grass Ophiopogon Japonicus Nana is commonly known as 'Dwarf Mondo Grass' or 'Mini Mondo'. The name says it all because this is a dwarf version of the already low-growing Mondo Grass. At 10cms tall Mini Mondo truly is a dwarf grass and makes an excellent ground cover for vertically challenged spaces such as beneath your car parking space, edging around paving slabs, along a pathway, or the corners of a container. You can walk over him if it’s a light foot traffic area and you DON’T HAVE TO MOW! Dwarf Mondo Grass will grow in cute clumps of dark green foliage that you’ll just want to tickle and here’s the good part - it’s one of our ‘no-maintenance’ plants that’s drought hardy, frost hardy and requires no pruning.
