Dwarf Siberian Kale is a Russian variety that produces wavy, blue-green leaves with loosely curled margins. Plants are compact, reaching just 16-inches in height. Tender leaves hav e a good flavor that is enhanced by frost. Excellent cold tolerance with a darker, blue-green color developing in freezing temperatures. We are usually able to continue harvesting this variety through late fall and sometimes into early winter. Harvests begin approximately 60 days after planting.
