Dyfi Pollination Gin is a small-batch Welsh London Dry gin made with botanicals foraged within the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere Reserve — wild flowers, aromatic leaves, fruits, and conifer tips gathered from the Snowdonia foothills through the Dyfi Forest to the estuary marshlands, on a canvas of classic gin botanicals. The Dyfi valley is recognised by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve, giving the distillery a unique flora to draw on. Pollination is produced by the highest-standard London Dry method in extremely limited small batches, using pure grain spirit and locally drawn spring water. Because the foraged botanicals are seasonal and production is kept sustainable, Pollination cannot be made year-round. Each bottle is hand-signed and lot-numbered.Tasting Notes Nose: Wild flowers, aromatic leaves, and conifer tips over classic juniper Palate: Complex and botanical — foraged florals and fruit with a London Dry backbone Finish: Fresh, layered, and clean Specs Distillery: Dyfi Distillery, Dyfi Valley, Wales Style: Small-Batch Welsh London Dry Gin Botanicals: Classic gin botanicals plus foraged wild flowers, leaves, fruits, and conifer tips from the Dyfi Biosphere Production: Pure grain spirit, local spring water; hand-signed and lot-numbered Size: 750ml Browse all gin at Wooden Cork.Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat makes Dyfi Pollination unique? Its botanicals are foraged within the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere Reserve — wild flowers, leaves, fruits, and conifer tips from the Snowdonia foothills to the estuary — layered over classic gin botanicals in tiny batches. Why is it limited? The foraged botanicals are seasonal and production is kept deliberately small for sustainability, so Pollination can't be made year-round.
