Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) measures the diffusion of nanoparticles in solution and calculates hydrodynamic diameter using the solvent properties and the Stokes-Einstein relatio nship. DLS provides rapid information about nanoparticle size and aggregation state in solution. At nanoComposix, DLS measurements are performed on Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS instruments equipped with a 633 nm HeNe laser and a backscattering detector at 173 degrees.
