The Dynamic Training Bells are used for Ballistic Ballwork training as well as upper body strengthening on the Glut-Ham machine. The bells can be filled with water or sand to adjus t the weight thereof. Movement of the water/sand within the bells upon movement challenges proprioception of the upper body. Furthermore, because the sand shifts to the edge of the training bell, the momentum creates an over-speed effect and facilitates the stretch-reflex during ballistic movements.Sold as a pair. Show more
